I am an experienced soft tissue therapy specialist and offer sports, deep tissue and holistic and relaxing massage treatments.
Depending on the individual’s needs, I may include muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, cross fiber friction, as well as traditional massage techniques in my treatments.
